At Bakı Presviterian Cəmiyyəti, we believe that worship is to be regulated by God's Word. We gather each Lord's Day to hear the Scriptures read and preached, to sing psalms and hymns, to pray, and to celebrate the sacraments of baptism and the Lord's Supper.
Our worship is reverent and Christ-centered. We believe that when the church gathers, we come into the presence of the living God, and our worship should reflect the awe and gratitude we owe to him.
We gather on Sunday, the Lord's Day, to commemorate Christ's resurrection and to anticipate his return. The Lord's Day is a day set apart for worship, rest, and works of mercy.
